Please note your acceptance of these terms and conditions is a requirement of making a booking.

Our facilities are for paying guests only; no visitors
As we hold your booking in good faith, we operate under a 30 day cancellation policy
To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to the first nights stay is required within 7 days of reservation
For bookings longer than 2 days; an additional deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival, bringing the deposit equal to that of half your stay
All rates and prices are inclusive of GST and are firm at the time of deposit; otherwise subject to change without notice
Transfers and cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
Refunds of cancellations after this time are subject to reletting. Some conditions may apply
It is suggested that guests seek travel insurance (particularly for longer stays) to cover cancellations, loss of deposits, medical and other emergencies.
Guests are responsible for damage, loss or theft from their cottage.
Smoking is only permitted on your deck and in the garden

No pets allowed
If guests cancel or cut short their stay and the cabin is re-let, then the remaining balance is refunded less all costs of additional cleaning, breakfast baskets, replacements, re-letting commissions or discounts, any breakages or damage costs
Deposit money shall mean all money paid prior to cancellation which are paid in full and are non-refundable
